These Terms of Service apply to cleaning services provided by N’S & K Cleaning Services, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) and to the use of nskcleaningservices.com. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Prices depend on the work you need done, the size of your property and the frequency of your cleans. A booking request submitted on our website is not confirmed until we contact you to confirm the date, time and price.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule without penalty if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning time, we are happy to reschedule, but we do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return to fix anything that was missed at no extra cost.

Access, safety and supplies

Please make sure our team can access the property at the scheduled time and let us know about pets, alarms, fragile items or areas that need special care. Our team brings all necessary supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, please have them available and let us know.

Insurance and incidents

Our cleaning sessions are insured. If anything is damaged or an incident occurs, please contact us immediately so we can act on it.

Recurring services and discounts

Recurring discounts apply while you keep your weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. We will confirm any applicable discount when your recurring service is booked.
